Online GAPS Diet Class

GAPS™ Diet support group & online class | Body Wisdom Nutrition

The next session of the GAPS Diet Class begins soon!

Everything you need to know to get started is in this GAPS Diet Class

If you’re thinking of taking this class, you likely already know that GAPS is the healing diet that will help you get your life back!

  • You’re ready to be free of food allergies.
  • You’re ready to shed the bloat and feel comfortable in your favorite pants.
  • You’re ready to feel emotionally strong and anxiety-free.
  • You’re ready for your child with autism to communicate and connect with you.
  • You’re ready to eat at a restaurant without fearing the “consequences.”

When it comes to starting the GAPS Diet…

  • You might feel overwhelmed about how to begin.
  • Will you’ll be able to put in the effort?
  • Will you really see the great results you’ve heard so much about?
  • You want to succeed and understand how to follow GAPS in a way that works for your health issues and your life.

You don’t have to be alone on GAPS.

GAPS Diet classes take the power of a private coach like me and amplifies it with an entire community of other people on the same path. And let’s face it, when you start on the GAPS Intro Diet and you’re mostly eating soup for a couple of weeks, your friends might not “get it” – so make new friends who do!

People who get incredible results from GAPS have a support system and that’s what you’ll find here.

Each week we’ll share a cooking video, demonstrating all the GAPS Diet basics, paired with a lesson created by Dr. Natasha herself, plus exercises and handouts to get you into action. You’ll have the opportunity to ask your questions and share ideas and stories with everyone in class through our members-only Facebook group.

  • How to best support the brain and gut by choosing your foods wisely, based on a proven protocol designed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.
  • How to prepare GAPS foods.
  • Meal planning tools.
  • Budgeting tips.
  • What products to use on your body that support the brain and gut.
  • The importance of a daily routine to support this new lifestyle.

You’ll be completely supported throughout the class – and beyond, through our private Facebook community.

By the end of the 10 weeks you’ll understand why the GAPS Diet works and how to get the best results!
